To preserve the quality of the t-shirt and its design, we encourage you to machine wash with cold water and either hang dry or tumble dry low for best results!

Here at Kär•bən, we want you to be happy with your order and enjoy it 110%. We understand that it is difficult to guess how the shirt will fit and grabbing the wrong size can happen. This is why we offer an exchange policy.

If you happened to order the wrong size, we will allow exchanges up to 30 days from the day when the shirt had been purchased. However we do not cover the return shipping costs (please include a check made out to: “Karben Inc” for $4.95 [international orders please include $20.00]) and the shirt has to be unwashed and unworn.

Unfortunately we do not offer full refunds or returns on products unless the garment itself is defective (holes, tears, runs, etc.) We are not held responsible for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. Great pride is taken in our attention to quality and care when creating, packaging, and shipping your garments!

For exchanges please use the form below.

In the body of the message please include your receipt number found in the original e-mailed invoice, reason for exchange/return, and desired size for exchange.  Thanks!
